6. Treatment summary
The treatment of PVD is partly similar to the treatment of other complaints or gynecological diseases, partly it reflects the character of psychosomatic treatment in general and partly it is PVD specific. In this paragraph the unique features of the treatment of PVD are summarized according to the usual phases of the medical process.
