In the second part a slightly different structure is used. For every competency the following ‘fractal’ that is repeating structure going from broad and general to specific and detailed information, is provided.
How?
- definition of the competency in general terms
- why questions; why is this competency important, what is its purpose, which goals should be achieved?
- how questions: how to use this competency?
